Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from SweetSpot 19 LTD. We pride ourselves on the quality of our desserts and want you to have the best experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

1. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Because our desserts are freshly prepared to order, once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
  • Please review your selection carefully before completing the checkout process.

2. Returns

  • Due to health and food hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any food items once they have left our premises.
  • This applies to all dine-in, collection, and delivery orders.

3. Refunds and Issues

  • If there is an error with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items), please report it to our team immediately at the time of collection or within 1 hour of receiving a delivery.
  • Where an error is verified, we will offer to replace the item, issue store credit, or process a refund for the affected item(s).
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

4. Uncollected Orders

  • For collection orders, we hold your items until the closing time of the requested date.
  • If you fail to collect your order on the scheduled day, it will be discarded for health and safety reasons, and no refund or credit will be issued.
